Using .020 PE Foam cap seals is the most cost-effective method to prevent general leakage. Comprised of FDA approved polyethylene, these seals are easy to use and reuse over the lifetime of a products use by consumers. 020 PE Foam seals are a standard .020 inch thick and come do not have any text.
Polyethylene white foam cap liners have no adhesive and are not tamper evident. They require no tooling to apply to your caps and bottles.
Seal is created by the torque of the cap compressing the pe foam liner where it meets the bottle neck.
Pres-On’s cap liner materials and size offerings are compatible for most bottle & cap sizes/designs, and products, however it remains the responsibility of the end user to confirm if the liner is suitable for the intended use

Purchaser may not return any product without Seller’s consent. Returned goods shipments must be prepaid.
Shipping Information:
Seller reserves the right to under-ship or over-ship by 10% due to yield (+/- 10%).
Unless otherwise noted, all applicable freight, fuel surcharge fees, carton charges and handling charges are not included in this price quotation and will be invoiced as a separate line item after the is invoiced by the carrier. Seller shall have sole discretion to select carrier and mode of shipment. All products are F.O.B. (E.X.W. for international) unless otherwise specified in the applicable Proposal, Quote, Order Acknowledgement, or Invoice issued by Seller. Regardless of shipping terms or freight payment, all risk of loss or damage in transit shall be borne by Purchaser.
